Text The percentage of orders made online follows a trend annually, we normally see figures around the 85-90% mark each month but there are also months where a roll out will impact the figures as this represents an extra 1400 non-online orders to the UK/IRE estate. The impact of Covid-19 on the estate shows a mirror in order drop offs to store closures and then recovery from stores reopening. The percentage of online orders since May 2020 has been over 90%.
