Drains/ Traps

• Drains & floor traps are to be shown on K2 only.

• Drain colour must be black.

• Show 2 nd BC trap if more than 2 drained items.

• Ice Machine trap should be included in its own text.

□

• Show traps under both Futures.

□

• Check No. of traps against K2 Beverage Cell text (check for correct Russian wording).

□

• Do not show trap under Dishwasher (or service note).

□

• Dishwasher point “B” to be shown on RHS (Operator View).

□

• MFY line trap should be always placed under the prep table.

□

• Coffee Machine trap must be centered across all machines.

□

• 3 Comp sinks: see VE block Template.

□

• When there are 3 or more coffee machines (incl. Future), show them as below:

• SERVICE for Multiplex should always be on the wall behind Multiplex, position – center.
