17. Grill Station

• Use the latest standards excel file for number of platens.

□

• Grill Station depth to be updated from 1095mm to 1022mm (Garland grills only).

□

• Check duct / filter type against email.

□

• 3 Platen Grill closest to UHC table.

□

• If the wall adjacent to the grill station extends forward of the equipment line, we can shorten it to

finish in line with the MF or grill hood.

□

• Only move grill hood if no other option is possible.

□

• Split Grill Hood: adjust extraction & kW rating for split grill hoods.

□

Show 1kw instead of 2kw

• In all new stores with GC over 1300 show 2 x 3 platens GAR2ME-3P-0043- 3 platens.

• UHC Tray Holder for 3+3 platens grill:

□

1. Side mounted UHC holder – 813549 – if there’s enough space.

2. Top mounted UHC holder 811389 + shelf 60525.

• UHC Tray Holder for 2+3 platens – UHC holding cabinet goes inside the hood – 813962

□

• In all new stores with GC under 1300 use 813992 hoods with:

□

o GAR2ME-2P-0013 – 2 platens

o GAR2ME-3P-0043 – 3 platens

o 813962 UHC tray holding cabinet (place inside the hood)

• K2 – Show Electrical point “F” at the back RHS of the grill hood.
